Say hello to Orxata. The inspiration for Orxata is rooted in the centuries-old history of horchata, a beverage that transcends continents and cultures. Living in Texas, you’d be hard pressed to find anyone who doesn’t know the cinnamon sweet goodness of a Mexican horchata (de arroz). But are you familiar with the Valencian orxata de xufa, or “tiger nut milk?” As a nod to Ultra Tiger, we felt it made sense to give you a conversation starter with the spelling of this beer.
Orxata is a robust milk stout that infuses the sweetness of vanilla with subtle hints of cinnamon to bring you a most delicious winter brew that pairs well with cheeses, charcuterie sausages, chocolate desserts, or anything spicy. It may well be the perfect holiday party companion.
