Kaizen is a Japanese-style lager made with Rice complimented by Pilsen and Vienna malt. Hopped with Saphir and Ella, and then fermented with our house lager yeast, it has a bright citrusy aroma and flavor, complimented by a largely dry finish with just a touch of sweetness from the rice.
