The Exotica series allows us to step outside of the brewhouse box and flex our culinary muscles by creating a beer that harnesses the complexity of a tiki cocktail, but with the character and drinkability of a beer. Each release is unique and well-balanced, and way too easy to drink. Be warned!
Each iteration is built from the ground up to embody the characteristics of its namesake. For Jungle Bird, you’ll taste flavors of: pineapple, lime, campari (think bitters and Amaro soda), and black blended rum.
