It’s Sunday. Treat yourself to slow.

At this point you’ve seen the Cream Pour of Kaizen and the Hladinka Pour of Pilsner Rešov, so we felt our tried and true deserved a video too. If you’re a fan of Loggerbier and haven’t had a Slow Pour of it, then it’s time to treat yourself. A Slow Pour is a fantastic way to reintroduce to a familiar Pilsner.

What does a Slow Pour do? This longstanding German technique lasts several minutes (up to 7) and dissipates the carbonation to produce a mellower mouthfeel. The settling of the foam between each build works to condense the aromas while opening up delicate flavors you may have missed in a standard pour. The visual reward for your patience is the sweet foamy cherry on top.

Some things are worth the wait.

Microwave Glowstick is a fruit bomb of a hazy…

This new draft-only release is an explosion of fruit flavors that are blindingly delicious: apricot, peach, passion fruit, and mango balanced with subtle hints of citrus and pine bitterness thanks to hops like Citra, Rakau, and HBC638.

But the real performer is a fruity driven yeast strain from @fermentisbylesaffre we hadn’t used before. Aside from the fruit-forward flavor, it gives a high mouthfeel and body to the beer you’re sure to enjoy as much as we do.

Enjoy Microwave Glowstick in our taproom only. While this is a draft-only option, you can still take it home in a crowler to go. Just promise not to microwave it.

Thank you to everyone who came out to Camp Loggerbier on Saturday!

You didn’t let a little rain stop you and we sure felt the lager love. The new fleet of Loggerbier variants was a hit! The lemongrass Loggerbier seemed to take the popular vote (it’s already gone) with the rosehip and blackberry not far behind. If you haven’t tried them, come by soon because these won’t last long.

Thank you @khoibarbecue for smoking the malts in this year’s Lil’ Smoky- everyone is loving this iteration!

A very big thank you to the makers of the extremely delicious BBQ for the day: @elpobretexmexbbq and special guest @rowdys_barbeque. You always hit the mark when it comes to flavor and this year was sublime.

Just like a cappuccino or cortado’s foam elevates your coffee experience, that creamy dense pillow that kisses you gently as you sip a cold Pilsner is keeping your beer fresh and crisp while inviting more flavor, aroma, and texture to the symphony you’re about to imbibe.

The beauty of this pour is the aromatics and carbonation of the beer are sealed under a creamy lid, leaving a perfect balance of bitter and sweet for a very smooth drinking experience. This pour makes for a great conversation companion because it keeps your beer fresh as you chat.

Foam isn’t a facet of all faucets. That creamy lid is made possible by an authentic Czech side-pull faucet called a Lukr. It’s the magic behind our Czech pours: the Hladinka, Šnyt, and Mliko, which are enjoyed for different reasons. A Snyt is good-to while enjoying a rich dinner (makes you feel less full) and a Mliko shot can be enjoyed as palate cleanser or a dessert beer.

We have 2 Lukr taps, which means you can have 3 Czech pours of Pilsner Rešov and Loggerbier- do tell us which is your favorite.
