Vernal is a German-style Marzen. Traditionally brewed in March and fermented in caves
throughout the summer, this style became the offcial beer of Oktoberfest from the late 1800s to the late 1900s when Festbiers took over. As a classically elegant, malty amber lager with a rich, toasty and bready malt profile you’ll find roasty, chocolate notes without a heavy body. The overall malt impression is a soft and complex, with slight notes of toffee and caramel. There’s a restrained bitterness offered with a clean and dry finish.
